Breadline Africa: Breadline Africa is a Southern African charity that fights poverty by giving communities a “hand up” not a “hand out”. I helped them promote a competition in February 2010 via traditional and online media. The campaign aims to drive awareness and fund raising amongst South Africans – for a small donation you can win a dinner with a South African celeb. Enter here in February 2010.

TEAMtalk media: TEAMtalk media is the digital content production arm for BSkyB, based in Cape Town. Sparkpr: Sparkpr is the team you want on your side if you are even thinking of navigating the PR landscape in Silicon Valley. I helped them set up an office and three-person team in Cape Town, to support the client teams in San Francisco and London.

Earth TM by Etienne Kruger: I publicised the latest book by the author of Getting Lucky using social media tools as well as old fashioned media outreach. The book is a roller coaster ride through a Matrix-style alternate reality, as well as an astute political satire with a strong message about South Africa’s HIV/Aids crisis. LifestyleJunction: Jozi’s premier travel company. Twokats Virtual Teams created brochures, e-newsletters and postcards for the company.

SaleSearcher: the newly-launched online sales and specials listings site, gives South African retailers an innovative opportunity to capture additional customers during this time of economic belt-tightening.
